Terms of use, cancellation and refunds

Last updated: 5 October 2026 · Versión en español

These terms govern the use of Streetly (the website and the Android and iOS apps). By creating an account or subscribing you accept what follows. It is written to be understood at first read.

1. Who provides Streetly

Streetly is provided by Oscar Soler Bermudez (tax ID NIF 09401839Z). You can write to us at [email protected].

2. What Streetly is and is not

Streetly helps you plan trips: it generates itineraries, recommends places and experiences, translates phrases and lets you keep a budget and a photo album. The information is indicative: opening hours, prices, availability and conditions of places and activities may change, so please confirm them before you go. Recommendations about allergies, intolerances or accessibility needs do not replace checking directly with the venue.

Artificial intelligence. Streetly routes and itineraries are generated through Artificial Intelligence, based on place data and your preferences. They may contain errors or inaccuracies: check opening hours, prices and availability before you go and use your own judgement.

3. Your account

You must be of legal age to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for the activity on your account. You can delete it at any time under Profile → Delete my account (cancel any active subscription first, because deleting the account does not stop billing), or ask us by writing to [email protected].

4. Plans and prices

FreeHome, route, budget and saved trips.
Blue€1.99 per week, €3.99 per month or €39.99 per year. Includes the translator and experiences.
Blue+€2.99 per week, €7.99 per month or €79.99 per year. Everything in Blue plus authentic mode, hands-free conversation, audio guide and travel album.

Prices are shown with any applicable taxes included. The final price you pay always appears on the payment screen before you confirm.

5. Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically every month or every year, depending on the period you choose, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time:

  • On the web: in your Profile or on the Plans page, with the Manage or cancel subscription button.
  • In the Android or iOS app: with the same button in your Profile, or from the subscription settings of Google Play or the App Store.

When you cancel you are not charged again and you keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid. After that your account moves to the Free plan and you do not lose your saved trips.

6. Refunds and right of withdrawal

If it is your first subscription to Streetly, you can ask us for a full refund within 14 days of payment by writing to [email protected] with your account email. We process it without needing a reason.

After that period we do not refund the period already started, although you can cancel so that it does not renew (section 5). This does not affect any rights the law gives you as a consumer.

If you purchased through Google Play or the App Store, the store handles the refund under its own conditions; you can request it from your purchase history there.

Payments on the web are processed by a secure payment provider (Stripe, through RevenueCat). Streetly does not see or store your card details.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Streetly for unlawful purposes, try to access accounts or systems that are not yours, deliberately overload the service, mass-copy its content or resell access. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Traveller reviews

If you publish a review of a place, you allow us to display it publicly in Streetly (web and apps) together with your first name and the initial of your surname. You are responsible for what you write: it must be based on your own experience, with no insults, advertising, links or third-party personal data. We do not verify that you visited the place. We may hide or remove reviews that break these rules or are reported by other users. You can edit or delete your reviews at any time; they are also deleted if you delete your account.

8. Third-party services and links

Streetly may link to third-party services, such as platforms where you can book activities. Those bookings are governed by each platform's conditions and the contract is between you and that platform, not Streetly. Some of those links are affiliate links (see section 9).

9. Affiliate links and photo credits

Affiliate links. Some Streetly links to booking platforms and travel services run by our partners (for example tickets, experiences or data eSIMs) are affiliate links, at no extra cost to you. This does not affect the price you pay or the terms of your booking.

Photos. The photographs on the website and in the app are by Oscar Soler and other sources. If you think an image should carry a different credit or be removed, write to us at [email protected].

10. Intellectual property

The Streetly brand, design and software belong to its owner. The itineraries you generate are for your personal use. The photos you add to your album remain yours.

11. Limitation of liability

Streetly is provided as is and we do our best to make it work well, but we cannot guarantee it is error-free or available without interruption. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions taken on the basis of the app's indicative information (for example, a closed venue or a price that has changed). Nothing here limits the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update this page and the date above. If the change significantly affects your subscription, we will let you know in the app beforehand.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory rules of your country of residence also protect you.
